    Note: Printful fulfills items within 2–7 business days before shipping. Delays (holidays, customs) may add extra days.

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • You’ll see exact shipping cost before payment.

Q: Do you provide tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also log in to your account to check the status at any time.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Q: What if I need a return or exchange?
Since items are print‑on‑demand, we don’t accept standard returns or exchanges. But we want you to be happy:

  • Damaged or defective items? We’ll replace or refund at no cost.

  • Wrong product received? Let us know—we’ll correct it.

To start a claim, email theproblemenquiries@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Q: How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements:

  • Measure waist/hips for joggers and hats

Q: Not sure about the fit?

  • T‑shirts are unisex regular fit

  • Hoodies are true-to-size; upsize for a relaxed fit

  • Caps are adjustable

Q: Is there any stretch or shrinkage?
Our partners at Printful use high-quality cotton and blended fabrics. Minimal shrinkage (<5%) is expected. For best results, wash cold & tumble dry low.

Q: How do I check my order status?

  1. You’ll get an email once your order is fulfilled, with a tracking link.

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated — what now?

  • Couriers sometimes delay updates.

  • Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to appear, then check again.
